Silicon Valley Talent Management
The main driving force of any company isn’t its product or intellectual property, it’s the company’s employees. As Steve Jobs famously said, A players hire other A players, B players hire C players, C players hire D players. It doesn’t take long to get to Z players. True company success lies not only in empowering its current workforce, but also attracting and retaining top talent of younger generations. In today's fast moving work environment it can be hard to hire and then retain your top employees.
Our workshop will help 10X the performance of your employees. This 10x program isn’t about adapting crazy employment models and completely restructuring your business. Instead, we offer practical advice and proven strategies that will help you attract top talent (A players) and empower them to have a huge impact on your company.
