PROGRAM OVERVIEW

In recent years, more and more companies have been trying to leverage what Silicon Valley offers as the center of technology - its culture of innovation, disruptive ideas and emerging tech solutions, best practices and insights to scale innovation and growth.

International companies are challenged with igniting an innovative mindset and sparking the entrepreneurial way of thinking. Much of this is due to rigid operational structures and traditional perspectives that lack exposure to new, innovative ideas and ways of working.

Through our innovation leadership program, we help corporate leaders implement a culture of innovation through the training of middle management and high potential future leaders. We walk participants through core frameworks and then assist in identifying practical applications to solve organizational problems and reach strategic objectives. Participants then showcase these applications with the executive team to scale implementation across the entire business, developing a culture of innovation.

He is known as the secret weapon for those looking to expand their businesses worldwide, raise capital, implement innovation programs and strengthen their ties to the Silicon Valley ecosystem.

AARON Mcdaniel
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF INNOVATION

Aaron’s advice and guidance comes from a decade of corporate experience at a Fortune 10 company. As a graduate of AT&T’s flagship Leadership Development Program, Aaron worked in many functions across the business and rose to become one of the youngest ever to serve as regional Vice President. During his tenor, he also partnered closely with AT&T’s corporate innovation arm, The Foundry. Through speaking and consulting engagements Aaron has worked with leaders from many companies across a variety of industries. Additionally, Aaron is a member of the faculty at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
