About Jesper Wind
Jesper Wind is a professional with a combined experience in B2B technology start-ups, digital transformation, and high-level business development. He has founded and held positions in several early-stage companies taking them from idea to scalable business. Jesper currently holds positions as Head of Consulting for 10X Innovation Lab, focusing on developing collaboration-models between enterprises and the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem. As a side project, he is the acting CEO for PeerPilot, a SaaS recruiting platform utilizing design thinking workshops to the skills-based assessment of talent.
Before this, he was the founder of business acceleration and pre-seed investment company focussing on accelerating technology startups out of San Francisco and New York City, has worked in telecommunication, strategic IT sourcing, and international management consulting for over a decade. His work has included the creation of service models for the privatization of government telecommunications infrastructure, the useage-based pricing model for multi-platform data center services and infrastructure and strategic sourcing models, and procurement processes for European enterprises and government institutions.
Jesper holds a master’s degree in behavioral economics and multi-dimensional statistics and is an advisor for Gerson Lehman Group, a start-up judge for YouNoodle and contributor to Silicon Vikings startup community in Silicon Valley. After having lived in Copenhagen, London, and Bangkok, he now spends his time in San Francisco and in Copenhagen.
