Apply to become a part of this journey alongside fellow HR experts from around the world. This intimate, engaging program will allow you to unplug from your day-to-day responsibilities and think strategically about your business challenges, together with experts from Silicon Valley. In partnership, we’ll help you address those challenges, build connections, grow professionally, get inspired.
Our program is a four-day program that will give you direct access to Bay Area HR professionals, and we won’t be based in one location for the duration of the program. Rather, we’ll take you inside these key Bay Areas organizations, giving you direct exposure to their work environment and company culture. Each session will last about 2-2.5 hours where our local partners (Salesforce, Slack, Google etc.) will set aside time to spend with us, sharing their best practices around Compensation & Benefits, Talent Recruitment, and more. On the final day, we will deep dive into the content of the week, and together, we will develop solutions on how to tackle obstacles your business may be facing. The goal will be is to create a collaborative and open community where cross pollination and international partnerships flourish, leaving all participants inspired and ready to tackle the biggest changes in HR.
Once your application has been submitted, we will be reviewing your application to better understand your intent behind applying for this program. Admission is not based on a first come, first served basis. Our goal is to provide an environment that will be conducive for the delegates to foster new thinking, ideas, collaboration etc. Some of the criteria that we will be looking for in your application include:
